A Security Deposit, in the amount of $100.00, is due at the signing of the Rental Agreement. The Security Deposit will be retained by Holy Trinity Catholic Church until inspection of the premises, after the date of the Event, determines that the rented space is free of damage, debris and/or missing PAC inventory. The Renter must leave the premises in the general condition of cleanliness and repair to which it was found. The Security Deposit is non-refundable, in the case of cancellation. Please refer to the PAC Rental Agreement for complete Terms and Conditions.
