CCE Information
CCE 2010-11 will begin on Wednesday, September 15th with Registration at 6:00 p.m. Classes will then begin at 6:30. Class times are 6:30 – 7:45 PM on Wednesday evenings. Please be prompt when bringing and picking up your child(ren). The cost for CCE is $15 a child, or $45 per family, and checks need to be made payable to Holy Trinity Catholic Church. There will be meals served before every class except on the first Wednesday of the month when we have Mass.
Per the Diocese of Austin guidelines, there must be 2 Adults (with E&I training) in every class room on every class night. Please do not leave your child until you see that there are 2 adults (the teacher and one parent) in the class room. Sign up with your child(ren)'s teacher to sit in with their class. This must be done the entire year.
Mass will be held during class on the first Wednesday of each month, unless noted otherwise in the dates to remember (please also check the weekly bulletin). Please attend Mass with your child(ren). If your child is an Altar server, his/her name will be listed on the dates to remember - and, just as you would for a weekend Mass - if your child can not Altar serve that night, please find a replacement.
Please make sure your children's attire is 'Church appropriate'. No spaghetti straps, tube tops, halter tops, short shorts, or short skirts will be allowed in class or Mass.
Volunteers are needed for the Children's Christmas Program, which will be held on December 24 at the Children's Mass. Please let me know if you would like to help and if your child(ren) would like to be involved.
